Monday Morning Metaphysics

MONDAY MORNING METAPHYSICS (Online)
MONDAYS STARTING
JAN. 10
10:30am–Noon CST

Monday Morning Metaphysics is an ongoing weekly Zoom-based study group, centering around selected New Thought books, and in January, we’re beginning a new book selection, The Power of Decision, by Raymond Charles Barker.

The Power of Decision lays out a compelling and pragmatic mode for exercising our power of will, from the initial point of choice (a.k.a., “the power of a decision”) through to the actual realization of our desires. In his words, Dr. Barker states, “You were born as Intelligence in a universe of Intelligence to unfold, evolve and create as Intelligence…There is one basic mental Law.  What you place in your subconscious mind must appear as your experience.”

Monday Morning Metaphysics is not a conventional book club.  Rev. Mary Beth Speer, facilitator, laughingly describes MMM as “the most economical book group you can join, because we literally read books out loud, cover to cover, sharing thoughts and delving into our personal application of the theories and principles we read.”

The Power of Decision is a spiritual classic and was our 12 Powers Club book selection illustrating the Power of Will.  A potent way to start the new year, led by Rev. Mary Beth Speer, on a free will offering basis.  All are welcome!  Books are available through Amazon.  Use the Amazon link on our homepage and Unity In Naperville will receive a portion of your purchase amount (Instructions are below).  For more information, email Admin@UnityInNaperville.org.  Preregistration is NOT required.  To access the zoom call, go to https://unitycommunityconnect.com/invite/dsHjrt, and click on the zoom link at the top of the page.
