Did you know that Unity came into being through the extraordinary healing experiences of our co-founders, Myrtle and Charles Fillmore? Through study, affirmative prayer and meditation, they both discovered and applied the power of universal spiritual principles, resulting in the reverse of a terminal illness and the growth of a withered leg by several inches. These healing principles have been in existence since before time began, yet we all know what it’s like to be in bondage to sickness. That’s why the Fillmores would not pray for healing without also teaching the spiritual principles involved. Now Rev. Kitty Benson is also offering a study of these healing truths and how to apply them in practical ways.
Three classes will be offered, each one building on the one before, so to get the most benefit, please plan to attend all three. In order to make each class available to as many as possible, each class will be offered twice during their respective week. Please plan ahead and save the dates on your calendar now. Each class will be offered for a registration fee of $20, or you can register in advance for all three by Sunday, Sep. 4 for $50 (saving $10). HLG-101 – HEALING FUNDAMENTALS TUE SEP 6

Healing Fundamentals will offer an introduction to spiritual principles used in the healing journey. We’ll cover material from New Thought writers such as Charles & Myrtle Fillmore, Ernest Holmes, Eric Butterworth, Abraham-Hicks, and Unity School. Learning about these basic principles are a necessary foundation to establishing an understanding faith which opens the door to our natural state of well-being. HLG-201 – HEALING PRACTICE TUE. SEP. 20
ONLINE @ 7pm – OR – WED. SEP. 21 @ 10am ONSITE
Healing Practice will explore ways to apply the healing fundamentals taught in HLG-101. This practical application of healing principles will come in a variety of methods all focusing on establishing a consciousness of well-being. These practices address not only physical healing but mental and emotional healing as well. See above for access to reading materials.
HLG-301 – A HEALING PRESENCE TUE. OCT. 4
ONLINE @ 7pm – OR – WED. OCT. 5 @ 10am ONSITE
A Healing Presence takes the previous two classes to a deeper, more mystical level. Our focus will be to develop a consciousness of wholeness not only for ourselves but also for our loved ones and the world around us. This class is foundational training for those seeking to become a prayer chaplain or to learn how to pray for others. See above for access to reading materials.
