In a music career spanning four+ decades and 18 albums, Kim-Char is perhaps indie music’s best-kept secret. She is a three-time Na Hoku Hano Hano Award nominee (Hawaii’s version of the Grammy), a Gay and Lesbian American Music Award (GLAMA) recipient and a Hawaii Music Award winner. Kim-Char is the Music & Creative Director at Unity In Naperville (Rev. Kitty Benson), where she has joyfully served for 16+ years.
