AN UPDATE FROM REV. KITTY

Hi Beloved Friends…
If you attended the Sunday Service on Nov 17 you saw that although I was there, I’d invited Reverends Mary Beth and Michael Speer to speak again for me. Sometimes you have to make the hard calls, and as much as I wanted to finish the message series with you, I did not want to be a distraction to that message. Thank goodness that Michael & Mary Beth were able to change their travel plans and bring such a beautiful close to our Colors of Spirit! And it was such a blessing for me to be in the room to hear them and celebrate with all of you as we opened our hearts to our Christ Center (aka Crown Chakra) together. Not to mention joining together for our mid-year Town Hall Meeting, led by Maureen Talley (Board President) and Treasurer (Tony DiSandro). There is so much talent and experience on our Board of Trustees and it is an honor and comfort to count on them as they lead us all through the business AND heart that is Unity in Naperville. Thank you all so much!
Now…let’s look ahead. My intention is to join you to lead the Service on Sunday Nov. 24…really! I’m looking forward to being able to communicate clearly so that whoever attends will receive the message and take it to heart. I am going to ask a special request of YOU. Can you please make every effort to be there in person? I know some of you have travel plans for Thanksgiving Week but if there’s any chance that you can be at Unity in Naperville at 1600 Shore Rd, inside Unit C, at 10:45am Sunday, Nov 24, that would mean a lot to me…
…because I’ve got some special words I want to share with you…and it will really translate a whole lot better if you can see the whites of my eyes. If you’ve ever had the chance to experience the difference between attending in person and watching the livestream, you know there’s a huge difference in energy. And when you’re nestled in among your Unity peeps and words are flying (and probably some spit too 😉) and hearts are opening, then Spirit gets going, and there is a much deeper experience and take-away by being in the Sanctuary. And if you just can’t get there in person, please watch the livestream LIVE…at 10:45am (CT). And do all you can to engage…and connect with all of us in the room…and intentionally send us your love. Because if there was ever an opportunity for me to grow…and for you to grow…it will be Sunday, Nov 24 at Unity in Naperville.
