Yesterday Unity hosted the second (hopefully annual!) Unity Gallery and Showcase. I missed last year and have really been looking forward to this. What a fantastic event! The Gallery was a wonderful and impressive display of our people and their hands-on heart-felt creative talents. The Showcase was truly an amazingly wide range of expression including creative writing, music, laughter, tears of joy and…OK, I’ll say it…bravery. As someone who has developed performance anxiety in this stage of my life I was truly honored to watch and listen to these amazing people share from such a deep place within themselves. It’s true, our hearts really are safe here at Unity! Thank you to all who planned, showed and performed during this wonderful event!
