Gina Donaldson: Reflect – Rejoice – Release – Retool

With 2018 coming to a close, and a brand new year, 2019, almost upon us, it’s customary to do some reflecting on the past and planning for the future. Psychology, religion and common sense tell us–Take some time to REFLECT on our accomplishments and highlights. REJOICE, celebrate and be grateful for all the good this past year!  REVIEW the lows and undesirable situations and then RELEASE them. This process will help us to RETOOL for the coming year by clearing out the clutter and baggage and making space for new opportunities.

Life will only change when you become more committed to your dreams than you are to your comfort zone. (Billy Cox)

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new. –Socrates (Dan Millman, Way of the Peaceful Warrior)

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and start being excited about what could go right. (Tony Robbins)

There are many exercises and rituals that can help us integrate and release our past and set intentions for our future. For instance our Unity world headquarters will hold a burning bowl ceremony and you can join virtually on January 6. For details see http://www.unity.org/year-end-2018-burning-bowl .

Some people write a letter to themselves every year between Christmas and New Years reviewing the highs and lows and what they learned as well as what they want to release and what they want to gain for the new year. They seal it in an envelope and write on the cover -DO NOT OPEN UNTIL DECEMBER 26. It’s cleansing to release those things that do not serve us and it’s energizing to set intentions for our highest good

I’m happy to have Reverend Kitty and our Unity community to help us move into our highest good. With our upcoming White Stone ceremony on January 6, our healing service on Jan 15 and our Vision Board workshop on February 2, we have many opportunities to start 2019 out on a high note!  May you unleash all the potential of your Christ self this coming year. Happy New Year!

Love and Blessings,

Frequency of Faith

How do we turn the channel from worry to Faith? I couldn’t help but be struck by the dual use for the word frequency. When
