Frequency of Faith

How do we turn the channel from worry to Faith? I couldn’t help but be struck by the dual use for the word frequency. When we ask ourselves what is the frequency of what I am feeling? We are asking what level of energy would this feeling relate to: Low energy of fear, sadness, depression, anger… or the higher energies of love, peace, faith and trust?  Where would my feelings register right now?

So there is a frequency to our emotions and this frequency tunes us into what we are radiating outward to others and even what we are calling into our life experience.

The lower the vibration of our energy the more of the same we will experience at that level… fear begets more fear…greater worries… more concerns. A spiral of great worry.  As we can move our emotions up the “ladder” of energy we can find moments of peace, quiet mind, hopeful thoughts and inspiration for a way forward that feels good. And yes this in turn will attract more of our good to us. We are open to our good in our higher frequencies.

So then, I can’t help but ask…. How frequently do I do this?  With what frequency do I take the time to stop and feel my feelings.  Is what I am feeling in this moment a reflection of my faith?  Are the foundations of my thoughts in this moment grounded in Truth?  Is this spin cycle of bad thoughts a true reflection of who I am?

How frequently do I gauge the frequency of my feelings and emotions?

Such a very important question and I am so grateful for the reminder to check in and remember a higher frequency is frequently just a turn of a channel away!

One step up the rung to an emotion, a thought, a feeling, that feels better in the now… In this moment, in that place we can find the energy to go up that one more rung and begin the journey to a more restful place. We aren’t denying that bad things do happen, we aren’t denying there are sometimes reasons to have those lower level feelings. I believe the value here is the reminder that we do not need to “pitch a tent” here. We always have the ability to pack up our things and move to a greener place, to find the flowing river, to get back in our car and drive ourselves home.
