Every Thought a Prayer

I believe every thought is a prayer. So, I am in constant prayer. And, therefore, I need to be awake to my thoughts. I need to continually think about what I am putting out into the universe. Are my thoughts positive and something I want to come back to me in my life? A harder question though is how do I stop negative thoughts? After all, there are many reasons to think negatively about what is going on in the world today.

Rev Kitty addressed the question of negative thoughts in one of her talks. She suggested that when negative thoughts arise, we can shift into the Kingdom of Heaven becoming conscious of divine mind. We can think love, peace, kindness, joy and any other qualities of God that are appropriate for the situation. if we can do that, we can harness the power and potential of God to express positivity into the collective consciousness. This is a spiritual practice of mine and I hope you join me in this practice. Together we can change the world!
