Have fun and learn EASY, NON-STRENUOUS techniques to improve your overall energy, hormone and metabolic functions, mental clarity, sleep and mood.  Our own Cindy Spies will lead these classes – sign up for one or both classes and tap into the healing power in you! Open to men and women. Wear comfy attire, no equipment needed.  Instructions for home practice will be provided.
