Centering to our inner core, where peace resides, where our heart waits patiently to give us the answer to what would kindness do? Yes child you are dearly loved wholly and completely for who you are ~unconditionally. Loving spirit knows you for who you are and it is good.
There is nothing in the past that we can change, there is nothing in the future that we can control or predict. There is only this now moment, in which we can be fully present, aware, awake, grateful, in love and willing to give all and be all.
In our center lives the truth of our being, from that center we can give life the best of what we have to give. From this center we can give ourselves the gift of living an authentic life. From this center we can be filled to overflowing with all that we need to rise up and begin again. For every day is a brand new baby day just waiting for us to give it shape and help it to blossom into something beautiful!
