Kathy Hellesen has been teaching people of all ages how to paint on a variety of surfaces for years – ever since she retired from being a 5th-grade teacher. She uses humor and fun! She breaks painting down and she says: “This is for YOU, the person who thinks I could never do that!” She can teach you how. And if you are an experienced painter, this is for you, too. Her co-teacher, Barbara Ives, is also a retired teacher and has a passion for teaching and painting. They have been teaming up to teach painting to many diverse groups.
Enjoy painting a beautiful lighted glass block winter scene. All supplies including glass blocks, lights, ribbons and other decor to finish your project, paints, and brushes are provided.
Class will be held live at Unity in Naperville, 1600-C Shore Rd, Naperville, IL 60543. Love offering $35 ($15 for supplies and $20 for instructors).
