Breathe

I am still chasing my to-do list. There is always more I want to get done. Sunday’s meditation with Kitty talking about “employing us to meditate” reminded me again that it should be at the top of the list. She had us breathe “in for three and out for five”. I recently had a podcast come up in my subscriptions that was also about breathing. Breathing through your nose more (because it filters the air, strengthens the muscles in the back of your throat and a host of other good reasons), breathing slower to lower your stress levels. Breathing to improve concentration, etc. Also, recently a book I had on my swap wish list related to breath came available and was sent to me. Once again, I believe Spirit has given up on hints and is just shouting now. Slow down, breathe. It will all get done in due time. Especially if you stay healthy and conscious. So deep breath, 15 minutes minimum meditation… now where was that list again?
