The Spring Equinox is a powerful time of year that invites us to connect with the Earth’s energy and embrace new beginnings. We’ll start the evening in Unity’s sanctuary by joining with other Unity communities on our screen (for approx. 1/2 hour) for the Unity Earthcare Livestream – a time of prayer, music, movement and joy with Rev. Kathy Harwood Long and Kim-Char Meredith. 

Then, we’ll continue in the sanctuary for a Unity Spring Equinox Drumming Circle led by Debi Kermeen – Feel the Joy that our ancestors did. By using Shamanic Drums to connect with earth’s energy, we can deepen our understanding of the season and the wisdom it offers us.  The Act of drumming itself can help us escape our busy minds and settle into a balanced space within.  When we play these healing tools, we do so with an intention, prayer, or focus, giving direction to the powerful energy drumming creates.  No experience necessary.  Drums and instruments will be available; bring your own if you have one.  Suggested donation: $20.
